Common Questions
My panels were installed by another company. Can I still join?
In most cases, yes. We'll confirm your equipment and roof access during signup. Some older or specialty systems may need an initial inspection first.
Doesn't rain clean the panels?
Rain rinses dust but leaves pollen film, bird droppings, and leaf debris — the things that actually shade cells. More importantly, the cleaning visit is when we physically inspect wiring, mounts, and look for hot spots with thermal imaging. The cleaning is half the value; the trained eyes on your roof are the other half.
What does the thermal scan find?
Failing cells, hot connections, and faulty optimizers show up as heat signatures long before they show up as a production drop or a fire risk. It's the same inspection commercial solar farms run on a schedule.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans renew automatically but you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused visits.
